Lapis Lazuli is a decoration block that can be crafted from Lapis Lazuli dye.

It is a light blue color, with darker blue markings on it. Its only uses are as a building block and as a form of storage of Lapis Lazuli dye.

It looks very similar to water, which is why it's sometimes used for easily creating water decorations.
